Coaching that understands both ambition and capacity

Support for neurodivergent professionals and people navigating chronic illness, burnout or workplace pressure.

I help neurodivergent professionals and people living with chronic illness or disability navigate burnout, workplace pressure, reduced capacity, and life transitions with greater clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

Coaching with me is designed to help you understand what is no longer working, communicate your needs more effectively, strengthen boundaries, manage energy more sustainably, and create ways of working that feel more supportive, realistic, and achievable.

I also offer corporate coaching for organisations supporting neurodivergent, disabled, or burnt-out employees, providing a structured space for individuals to build confidence, navigate challenges at work, and move forward in a way that supports both wellbeing and performance.

My coaching is practical, future-focused, and grounded in real life. The aim is not productivity at any cost, but helping you find a way forward that feels steadier, clearer, and genuinely sustainable.

Why this work matters to me

Alongside my professional background in psychology and psychotherapy, I also bring lived experience of neurodivergence and chronic illness in working life.

I understand how much can sit beneath the surface — the pressure to keep performing, the cost of masking, the uncertainty of fluctuating health, and the tension between wanting to do well and needing to work sustainably.

That lived experience shapes the way I coach. I do not approach burnout or overwhelm as simple productivity problems, and I do not offer one-size-fits-all solutions. My coaching is thoughtful, practical, and grounded in the realities of capacity, energy, and difference.

Who I work with

I support people who are navigating challenges such as:

  • neurodivergent professionals managing work demands

  • people living with chronic illness or disability in the workplace

  • returning to work after illness, burnout or long term absence

  • high functioning professionals experiencing overwhelm

  • people seeking more clarity, direction or confidence in their work

I also work with organisations that want to better support:

  • neurodivergent staff

  • employees returning from long term sickness

  • individuals at risk of burnout

  • staff navigating capacity related challenges
