Coaching that understands both ambition and capacity

Support for neurodivergent professionals and people navigating chronic illness, burnout or workplace pressure.

I offer specialist coaching for neurodivergent professionals, people living with chronic illness or disability, and those navigating burnout, overwhelm or work-related pressure.

Sometimes people don’t need therapy. What they need is clarity, structure and a way forward that works with their brain and body rather than against them.

Coaching focuses on practical change. It can help you move forward in a way that feels realistic, sustainable and aligned with your capacity.
Sessions are available online or in person in Twickenham.

Why this work matters to me

Alongside my background in psychology and psychotherapy, I bring lived experience of neurodivergence and chronic illness in professional environments.

I understand the invisible effort it can take to keep functioning, the tension between ambition and sustainability, and the pressure of trying to perform well while quietly struggling.

That experience shapes how I work.

Coaching with me is not about pushing harder or trying to “optimise” yourself. Instead, we focus on understanding how your energy, nervous system and cognitive style actually function so that we can create ways of working that are genuinely sustainable.

Who I work with

I support people who are navigating challenges such as:

  • neurodivergent professionals managing work demands

  • people living with chronic illness or disability in the workplace

  • returning to work after illness, burnout or long term absence

  • high functioning professionals experiencing overwhelm

  • people seeking more clarity, direction or confidence in their work

I also work with organisations that want to better support:

  • neurodivergent staff

  • employees returning from long term sickness

  • individuals at risk of burnout

  • staff navigating capacity related challenges

What coaching

  • managing overwhelm and cognitive load

  • boundaries and energy management

  • confidence and self trust

  • communication and advocating for your needs

  • navigating workplace challenges

The aim is always practical change that supports both wellbeing and performance.

My approach

Coaching with me is structured, collaborative and goal focused.

Together we will work towards practical changes that help reduce overwhelm and create ways of working that feel more supportive and manageable.

Sessions may involve:

  • clarifying goals and priorities

  • identifying barriers and patterns that create stress

  • developing strategies for energy management and pacing

  • exploring ways to communicate needs more effectively

  • building confidence and self trust in decision making

The work is tailored to your individual situation and develops at a pace that feels realistic for you.

Coaching and therapy

Although my background is in psychotherapy, coaching is a separate service.

Coaching focuses on present and future challenges such as work, direction, capacity and practical decision making.

It does not involve trauma processing or mental health treatment. If deeper emotional work becomes important, psychotherapy may be more appropriate and we can discuss that together.
